Raw Vegan Yogurt Parfait
1. Blend one banana, handful of fresh strawberries, 3 heaping tablespoons ground flax, 1 tablespoon chia seed, and water.
2. Add two frozen bananas and blend.
3. It should have a yogurt like consistency. Add more water if it’s too thick.
1. Layer raw oats, banana slices, and sliced fresh strawberries in the bottom of a bowl. As much as desired.
2. Add a layer of yogurt.
3. Top with more raw oats, banana slices, and strawberries.
